I understand what is included in the package price. I have the daily schedule in writing. I know who leads the sessions and what training they have. I know what parts of the program are optional. I have reviewed refund, transfer, and cancellation terms. I have considered travel insurance, medical access, and emergency plans. I have a plan for medication, dietary needs, mobility needs, and privacy. I know what I will do if the program is not a good fit after arrival.

A checked box is only helpful if the answer behind it is clear. Save emails, brochures, policy pages, and receipts before travel. If a retreat cannot answer a basic question about staff, refunds, food restrictions, emergency access, or optional activities, pause before paying and compare another program.
